Biography
Becoming a forensic trial consultant was not a chosen career — it was a matter of survival. More than forty years ago, Dean Tong faced false accusations that nearly cost him his children. He fought back, won his case, and then spent the next three decades helping others do the same.
Mr. Tong’s work has been recognized in Wikipedia and Everipedia and was selected as a 2018 Marquis Who’s Who Albert Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. He has appeared on the Dr. Phil show and CBS 48 Hours, and commented in outlets including Family Lawyer Magazine, Divorce Magazine, The Epoch Times, and The National Enquirer.
His abuse-excuse archive has served parents, attorneys, and courts online for nearly three decades. He has assisted in cases from all fifty states and now offers remote testimony by Zoom and phone to reduce the cost of justice for indigent litigants.

Philosophy
“We will not win the war against child abuse until we first win the battle against false accusations of child abuse.”
Approximately two-thirds of all child abuse reports turn out to be unfounded. This is not a denial of real abuse — it is a defense of real justice. The same professionals who are entrusted to protect children can, through confirmatory bias and source misattribution, entangle the innocent.
Mr. Tong's work articulates scientific facts to child protection investigators, teachers, attorneys, and judges — urging caution in the rush to judge. Real abusers deserve full prosecution. The wrongly accused deserve a vigorous, informed defense.
