Dean Tong has testified as an expert witness approximately 80 times in 20 states in matters involving psychology and social science. Under this arrangement, Mr. Tong reviews and critiques child forensic interviews, including video recordings, audio files, transcripts, and written reports prepared by Child Advocacy Center personnel. He then prepares an independent written response based on his findings. Limited-scope services also include review of child protective investigations and evaluation of the competency and objectivity of governmental officials involved in the case.
